Jemetria Dudley


undefinedJemetria Dudley is an experienced paralegal with 20 years of litigation practice supporting attorneys who fight for the rights of employees involved in discrimination and retaliation claims, negotiation of employment agreements and severance packages, workers’ compensation claims, and public education and pension cases.

Prior to coming to Buckley Beal, Jemetria worked at Kramer & Patel, also supporting attorneys who mainly fought for the rights of educators, students and retirees. Jemetria joined Buckley Beal in 2009, alongside her longtime mentor, Michael Kramer.

Jemetria received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Morris Brown College in Atlanta, Georgia. She received her paralegal certification from Georgia State University.

Outside of work, Jemetria enjoys spending time and organizing events with her family, traveling, dancing and watching basketball.
